2/3/2008: We're playing with texture in the old flavor lab these days. We are developing a new line of pates de fruit that incorporate two flavors for both a visual and gustatory adventure.

As it's Valentine's Day, we've been working with some of our favorite combinations from years' past: blood orange, Meyer lemon, and cinnamon. Look for caramels and a few surprises!
